I try changing the them of my appearance for every event but it gives me an error message and it won't change the background. Ive tried several times and it still won't work. What should i do?

sometimes removing the background resets it, but I'm letting Alex take it from here...he's bailed me out many times with that same issue!!!

I have had this problem for a few weeks as well. No matter which theme I choose, I get that same error. Even though the admin side shows a different theme being active, the live site still only shows Fields. The last fix that was pushed out didn't change anything for me.
We really want to go live with the site, but this glitch is holding us back.

Hmm. Sorry this issue has been holding you back Mark.
We'll be looking into it further today. Hoping to have the issue addressed within the next couple days.

My site just did the same thing. None of the custom CSS is working, and the editor shows that "Nightlight" is activated, but the default theme is showing. Everything has been (relatively) cool up until now with the exception of the custom CSS sometimes being applied and sometimes not.
Is there anything I can do to help figure this out? We went live with this already, but I can't let it look like this during our service tonight. Any ideas?

So we're slowly narrowing down on the root cause. We don't have a solution quite yet, but may have a temporary work around for those in this thread.
jg23, Ron, Mark and Eric: can you go back into the theme area and re-save your theme? No need to make any changes, just re-save so that the theme file gets created again.
This should properly apply your theme (and also allow you to make future changes).
Let me know if this works for you.

That looks great! One of the biggest things for me (besides having the color scheme) is the custom CSS stuff. There are just a few small issues that I am using customization to overcome:
I've attached a .txt file with the few CSS elements I've added if anyone wants to try some of them. They are listed in the order of the item they go with in the list above. If anyone has something cool to add, please share it!

Everything looked great as far as my layout goes for tonight's service!
For some reason no mobile browsers would redirect to the /mobile site. It's not a huge deal except for the iOS devices won't work. It's too late for this service, but I went ahead and put a userAgent detection script in the video embed sections as a work-around until it's going again.

Yeah, my site no longer takes any direction when it comes to theme. Can't change any of the template themes nor do my css or theme edits show up. It's as if there is a disconnect. Help?

Hi i'm an other editor along with jg23, and i keep trying to upload or change the background color, it states that it was saved but after I empty my cache nothing no changes and the picture i uploaded looks kind of distorted.
